Sales Management:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring performance goals are met.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Monitor sales performance, generate reports, and propose improvements.
Marketing & Business Development:- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding activities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Develop pricing strategies and product positioning to enhance market competitiveness.
- Oversee digital marketing, social media, and advertising efforts.
- Collaborate with the product development team to enhance offerings based on market demand.
Customer Relations & Support:- Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback to improve satisfaction.
- Work closely with the service team to ensure product reliability and customer retention.
Operational & Reporting Duties:- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
- Track sales metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Required Experience:- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in the air conditioning or HVAC industry.
- Candidate with B2B experience is preferred.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Experience in managing a sales team and working with distributors or dealers.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales plans effectively.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and air conditioning products.
- Strong analytical skills for sales forecasting and market analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to travel for business development and client meetings.
