Required Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in the air conditioning or HVAC industry.
  • Candidate with B2B experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Experience in managing a sales team and working with distributors or dealers.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales plans effectively.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Knowledge of HVAC systems and air conditioning products.
    • Strong analytical skills for sales forecasting and market analysis.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to travel for business development and client meetings.
