Key Responsibilities:

Inspection & Treatment:

  • Conduct site inspections to assess pest problems.
  • Identify pest species and determine the best course of action.
  • Apply pesticides, traps, and other pest control techniques according to industry standards and safety guidelines.
  • Follow proper chemical handling and disposal procedures.

Customer Service & Communication:

  • Explain treatment plans and safety precautions to customers.
  • Provide recommendations for pest prevention and maintenance.
  • Address customer concerns and answer inquiries about services.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, treatments, and follow-ups.
  • Complete service reports and submit them to supervisors.
  • Keep track of inventory for chemicals and equipment.

Safety & Compliance:

  • Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment (PPE).
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations on pesticide use.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on pest control equipment.

Teamwork & Continuous Improvement:

  • Collaborate with the team to improve service quality.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new pest control techniques.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum SPM / High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Certifications: Pest Control Operator (PCO) license is preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience: Previous experience in pest control is an advantage but not mandatory (training provided).

Skills & Abilities:

  • Basic understanding of pest biology and control methods.
  • Ability to handle and apply pesticides safely.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Physically fit and able to work in various environments (indoor/outdoor).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
