Key Responsibilities:
Inspection & Treatment:
- Conduct site inspections to assess pest problems.
- Identify pest species and determine the best course of action.
- Apply pesticides, traps, and other pest control techniques according to industry standards and safety guidelines.
- Follow proper chemical handling and disposal procedures.
Customer Service & Communication:
- Explain treatment plans and safety precautions to customers.
- Provide recommendations for pest prevention and maintenance.
- Address customer concerns and answer inquiries about services.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, treatments, and follow-ups.
- Complete service reports and submit them to supervisors.
- Keep track of inventory for chemicals and equipment.
Safety & Compliance:
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment (PPE).
- Ensure compliance with local regulations on pesticide use.
- Conduct routine maintenance on pest control equipment.
Teamwork & Continuous Improvement:
- Collaborate with the team to improve service quality.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new pest control techniques.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum SPM / High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Certifications: Pest Control Operator (PCO) license is preferred (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience: Previous experience in pest control is an advantage but not mandatory (training provided).
Skills & Abilities:
- Basic understanding of pest biology and control methods.
- Ability to handle and apply pesticides safely.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Physically fit and able to work in various environments (indoor/outdoor).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Possession of a valid driver’s license (preferred).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
