As a member of the Rewards Fulfillment Team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of reward fulfillment, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

The Manager, Procurement will be responsible for leading and overseeing all procurement activities, developing robust procurement strategies, and managing key supplier relationships to ensure the best value for the company. This includes driving strategic sourcing initiatives, negotiating high-value contracts, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
The Manager, Procurement Will Be Responsible For
- Develop and implement advanced procurement strategies to support the company’s strategic objectives including the diversification of products translating to reward options for our end users
- Lead the end-to-end procurement process from requisition to purchase order and payment
- Negotiate complex contracts and agreements with vendors to secure the best possible terms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and internal stakeholders
- Monitor global market trends and conditions to identify opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation
- Ensure strict compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Extensive experience in Procurement, preferably in a leadership capacity
- Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities
- Proven ability to manage and lead a high-performance team
- Proficiency in advanced procurement software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus
- Professional certification in procurement (e.g., CPP, CPM, CPSM)
- Extensive experience in the financial services industry
- Deep knowledge of international procurement practices and regulations
- Familiarity with advanced ERP systems and strategic sourcing methodologies
