Job Summary: The Business Development & Technical Manager (China Division) is responsible for driving business growth and technical excellence within the China market. Key Responsibilities: Business Development: Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth in the China market. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and government agencies. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and business terms with clients and partners. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients. Technical Management: Provide technical guidance and support to ensure high-quality product/service delivery. Work closely with the R&D and engineering teams to improve product offerings based on market demand. Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and partners. Address technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in business development and technical management, preferably in the China market. Strong knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and business practices in China. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Mandarin. Ability to travel frequently to China and other relevant regions as needed. Proven track record of successfully managing business expansion and technical projects. Strong problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in the manufacturing, engineering, or technology sector. Familiarity with supply chain management and logistics in China. Understanding of cultural and business etiquette in China.
