We are seeking an enthusiastic Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the Pet Food industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events to promote our products, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize events such as pet fairs, trade shows, promotional events.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and sponsors to deliver high-quality events.
- Develop event timelines, budgets, and marketing materials to ensure successful execution.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection.
- Manage event registration, attendee communication, and post-event follow-ups to maximize engagement and ROI.
- Evaluate event success through feedback analysis, attendance metrics, and revenue generation.
Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or management within the Sales, Retail, or Marketing industry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders, clients, and team members.
- Creative mindset with a strategic approach to developing innovative event concepts and experiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver successful events on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in events planning and coordination.
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to work from our office in Wisma Pet Universe, Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.
- Must be a team player and able to work independently when required.
- A love for pets and the pet industry is a plus!
