Sales & Business Development
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Promote and sell switchgear, automation, and other advanced technology products.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Technical & Product Knowledge
- Provide technical support and product guidance to clients.
- Stay updated with industry trends, product advancements, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure optimal product recommendations.
Sales Operations & Strategy
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and quotations.
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand presence.
Customer Service & Support
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales support.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to the technical team for product improvements.
EDUCATION : Candidates must possess at least Diploma / Advance / Higher / Graduate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. EXPERIENCE 1-3 years of sales experience in switchgear, electrical components, or industrial automation (Fresh graduates with a strong technical background are encouraged to apply).
