General Digital Marketing Executive Responsibilities:

Other Responsibilities

  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Conduct keyword research, optimize website content and structure, build backlinks, monitor keyword rankings, and implement technical SEO improvements.
  • Paid Advertising (PPC): Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, social media platforms, and other relevant channels. Optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI. E
  • Content Marketing: Create high-quality and engaging content (blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, etc.) to attract and retain target audiences. Optimize content for search engines and social media.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, campaign performance, and other key metrics using tools like Google Analytics. Prepare regular reports and provide insights for optimization.
  • Identify and implement growth hacking strategies to rapidly expand our online presence and customer base.
  • Influencer Marketing: (If applicable) Identify and collaborate with influencers to promote our brand and products.
  • CRM :
    • Segment customer lists for targeted marketing campaigns.
    • Track marketing campaign performance and lead generation within the CRM.
    • Generate reports from the CRM to analyze marketing effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth lead transfer and follow-up.
    • Create reports and dashboards to visualise marketing performance and CRM data insights
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and build customer relationships. Manage email lists and track campaign performance.
  • Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software to bring your creative visions to life.

Min Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Digital Marketing or related

1-2 years experience on the relevant role
