General Digital Marketing Executive Responsibilities:

- Identify and implement growth hacking strategies to rapidly expand our online presence and customer base.
- Influencer Marketing: (If applicable) Identify and collaborate with influencers to promote our brand and products.
- CRM :
- Segment customer lists for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Track marketing campaign performance and lead generation within the CRM.
- Generate reports from the CRM to analyze marketing effectiveness.
- Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth lead transfer and follow-up.
- Create reports and dashboards to visualise marketing performance and CRM data insights
- Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote products/services, and build customer relationships. Manage email lists and track campaign performance.
- Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design software to bring your creative visions to life.
