What will you be doing:
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will for APAC, you will:
- Manage the full-cycle of recruitment coordination process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Schedule & coordinate interviews for hiring managers/interviewers (including booking of meeting rooms/venues for interviews)
- Arrange hiring assessments for candidates
- Manage pre-onboarding and onboarding tasks ie: pre-employment screening, medical checks, collection of documents
- Churning reports & data for the team & leaders and scheduling team meetings
- Manage & update data for recruitment placement fees
- Collating Interview feedback from interviewer/panel
- Assist in the background screening process for certain countries
- Assist Talent Acquisition Partners with sourcing and screening of candidates, when there is a need
- Assist with posting of job advertisements
- Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs, campus recruitment, and other employer branding activities
- Provide support for ad hoc projects
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2.5 years of experience as a recruitment coordination or in any relevant HR domain
- Experience in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as SuccessFactors, Workday etc
- Excellent at multitasking priorities and have a good grip of time management
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and have the ability to create, and maintain reports
- Excellent & proficient in English (both written & spoken)
- Keen attentiveness to details
- Able to converse & read Mandarin OR Bahasa Melayu will be an added advantage (not mandatory)
