Role Description:
- Plan, manage and track Project Goals, Scope, Delivery Approach, Delivery Plan, Activities, Risk & Deliverable to achieve the desired business outcomes in an effective manner.
- Manage and measure the project financials and contracts impacts (both positive & negative) across the lifeline of the project to ensure the project is delivered as approved budgets.
- Identify and assess potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement risk management plans.
- Assemble and lead project teams, assign tasks, and ensure collaboration and effective communication.
- Identify project stakeholders, manage their expectations, and address any issues or concerns.
- Monitors key performance indicators and provides regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Plan and lead the stakeholder engagements to identify the project scope so as to ensure that the final deliverable meets the original intention of the project.
- Ensure the project documentation and processes are in line with the company standards.
- Ensure project perform project closure and post implementation review in line with project governance procedure.
Requirements:
- Degree or its equivalents in an IT or other Finance related discipline (preferred)
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification or other equivalent (preferred)
- Extensive project management skills and experience of managing large and complex projects
- Strong people manager capabilities and broad experience in managing large teams
- Good stakeholder management experience stakeholder management experience
- Ability to run effective project meetings, workshops and conferences.
- Solid technical understanding and strong analytical skills
