Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Labuan FSA on all compliance matters (this includes AMLCFT and Labuan FSA regulations)
- Prepare reports as requested by Labuan FSA
- Ensured clients' onboarding and transactions comply with AMLCFT policies
- Provide training for staff on compliance matters (including AMLCFT training)
- Prepare and report to authority on all matters related to AMLCFT (including submitting STR)
- Prepare reports and present to the Board of Directors on compliance matters
- Monitor the effectiveness of risk management and policy and procedures of the Company
- Update the Company’s policies based on Labuan FSA’s latest regulation and liaise with the department head to implement the new policies
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline
- Minimum of 4 years in compliance experience with a large and complex organization in the financial services industry
- Preferred those who have passed SCLE Modules 9 & 10
- Good understanding of Capital Markets transactions
- In-depth knowledge of the latest rules and regulations on Capital Markets
- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good report-writing skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Able to work independently
