Job Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Labuan FSA on all compliance matters (this includes AMLCFT and Labuan FSA regulations)
  • Prepare reports as requested by Labuan FSA
  • Ensured clients' onboarding and transactions comply with AMLCFT policies
  • Provide training for staff on compliance matters (including AMLCFT training)
  • Prepare and report to authority on all matters related to AMLCFT (including submitting STR)
  • Prepare reports and present to the Board of Directors on compliance matters
  • Monitor the effectiveness of risk management and policy and procedures of the Company
  • Update the Company’s policies based on Labuan FSA’s latest regulation and liaise with the department head to implement the new policies

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 4 years in compliance experience with a large and complex organization in the financial services industry
  • Preferred those who have passed SCLE Modules 9 & 10
  • Good understanding of Capital Markets transactions
  • In-depth knowledge of the latest rules and regulations on Capital Markets
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills. Good report-writing skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Able to work independently
