Job Responsibility

  • To perform and undertake tasks assigned and instructed by immediate superior.
  • To service all dealers, wholesalers, and retail outlets that are within his assigned area of coverage.
  • To exercise timely collection of payment and compliance to credit term and limit as allocated to each individual customer.
  • Support Sales Department in Road Show Sales.
  • Constant feedback of market conditions, competitor's activities and customer's complaints to immediate superior for evaluation.
  • Issue TR, check and ensure cheque collect from customer is in order.
  • Prepare credit application form to new customer if any.
  • Provide supporting document for credit note issue.
  • Prepare petty cash form if any.
  • Prepare incentive claim form if any.
  • Further job will be notified.

Job Requirements

  • Good in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia (Writing, Conversation)
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree.
  • Good communication skill and self-starter and able to work independently.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Able in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
