In this role, you will be responsible for supporting a wide range of corporate finance transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), equity and debt capital markets, and advisory services. What You Will Be Doing
- To provide guidance and direction to the team wherever and whenever required to ensure mandates are executed efficiently
- To ensure work undertaken is of the highest quality and does not fall foul of any regulatory or legal requirements and internal rules and compliance requirements
- To execute mandates in a timely and efficient manner
- To protect the reputation and integrity of the department, the Investment Bank and the Group
- To be proficient with all relevant guidelines and regulatory requirements
- To ensure work is executed expeditiously and within deadline
- Minimum 10-12 years working experience in Investment Banking industry, legal or auditing.
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Analytical
- Driven and passionate of his/her profession
- Strong interest in the activity and development of the capital markets, especially in Malaysia
- Strong knowledge of the capital market's rules, requirements and regulations
