Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in training, facilitation, or employee development.
  • Skills:
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate employees.
  • Analytical mindset to assess training effectiveness.
  • Adaptability and creativity in training methods.
  • Certification in Training & Development (e.g., CIPD, Train-the-Trainer) will be a plus point.

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday 9.30am to 1.00pm
