- Education: BachelorĂ¢s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
