Role Purpose
The SDM leads the sales strategy, drives growth initiatives, and ensures the team’s success in achieving high sales performance and customer satisfaction.
You Will
Strategic Leadership
- Set and drive sales strategies aligned with business goals to boost revenue.
- Lead strategy sessions with SDEs to align on goals and ensure effective execution.
Team Development
- Train, coach, and mentor Sales Development Executives (SDEs) on products, services, and customer approaches.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback to help SDEs improve and meet targets.
Performance & Management
- Track and review KPIs like sales progression, customer activity, visit frequency, and lead generation.
- Take corrective actions when needed to meet targets and maintain accountability.
Cross Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Customer (marketing), Operations, and Commercial team to create coordinated campaigns.
- Collaborate on initiatives to improve lead generation and customer engagement.
Lead Qualification
- Oversee lead qualification and ensure leads are effectively managed through the sales funnel.
- Coordinate canvassing and lead generation activities by zone.
Customer Satisfaction
- Manage customer service standards and ensure SOP compliance to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Lead initiatives to maintain high levels of customer loyalty.
You Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, with 3–5 years in sales, customer service, or business development, preferably in retail or a B2B environment; candidates with additional leadership experience will have an advantage.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with the capability to achieve individual KPIs and contribute to team goals.
- Excellent communicator with experience in cross-functional collaboration, particularly with marketing and operations teams.
- Results-driven, customer-focused, and adaptable to changing market conditions.
- Highly organized with strong analytical abilities for effective priority management.
