Essential Job Duties:

  • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and analyze target industries.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships, understand needs, and provide exceptional service.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans, collaborate with the sales team, and monitor industry trends.
  • Become an expert in our services, educate clients, and address inquiries.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain sales records, provide regular reports, and use data for strategy refinement.
  • Adhere to regulations, handle data securely, and maintain ethical standards.

Education & Qualification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales, preferably in the background screening or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to background screening is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
