Responsibilities
- Perform administrative tasks related to marketing activities to support the agents
- Follow up with agents on the necessary outstanding documents for processing of claims.
- Attend to all agent enquiries i.e. claims and marketing related issues
- Follow up with MU/agents for submission and ensure no outstanding cover notes
- Monitor and remind agents on CBC submission and outstanding collections
- Issue quotation for agents
- Review and sort out renewal notices
- Sort and dispatch all policies, endorsements, renewal notices, policies and etc to agents
- Brief agents on usage of e-cover notes
- Perform system approval for both Financial Link and e-cover
- To monitor CPD hours requirement of agents
- To release cover notes and issue cases which exceed agents limit
- Any other duties as may be assigned by the Branch
- Diploma in any discipline or professional certification in insurance.
- One (1) year of working experience in relevant insurance industry is preferred.
- Fresh graduates will also be considered.
- Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Effective communication in writing, business presentation and interpersonal communication across various levels of seniority.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Good problem solving skills
- Strong organization, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and continuously strive for improvement and enhancement.
