About The Role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Experience Intern to support our team in delivering excellent service and enhancing customer satisfaction. This internship is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer interactions, problem-solving, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in responding to customer inquiries via email or live chat.
- Gather customer feedback and contribute ideas for improving service.
- Support the team in tracking and resolving customer complaints.
- Help create and update FAQs, guides, and other support materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
- Perform administrative tasks related to customer support.
