Key Responsibilities:

1. Managing Supplier Accounts

  • Help suppliers manage their crossborder ecommerce accounts effectively.
  • Ensure their online store and product listings look professional and appealing.
  • Track performance and suggest improvements to increase visibility and engagement.

2. Handling Sales Inquiries & Closing Deals

  • Respond to international buyer inquiries and qualify leads.
  • Understand buyers’ needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and shipping details.
  • Follow up to ensure deals are closed and payments are made.

3. Export Sales & Order Coordination

  • Work with suppliers to process orders efficiently.
  • Assist in coordinating shipping and export documentation.
  • Ensure smooth communication between suppliers and buyers.

4. Client Support & Relationship Building

  • Guide suppliers on best practices for increasing sales.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to help them grow their business.
  • Build long-term relationships with both suppliers and international buyers.

Strong Communicator – You can confidently engage with international buyers and suppliers.

Organized & Detail-Oriented – You manage multiple accounts and follow up effectively.

Experience in B2B Sales / Export / E-commerce – Prior experience in international trade or digital sales is a plus.

Required language(s): English and Mandarin speaking is a MUST.

Preferably Fresh Graduates and Junior Executives specialising in Export sale or equivalent.
