Talentify - Regis & Aquaflow is a fast-growing ecommerce brand. We are committed to providing an exceptional customer experience and seamless online shopping journey. As we expand, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Ecommerce Customer Service & Operations Executive to manage customer interactions and oversee backend operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries and responses on Shopee, Lazada, website, Facebook and Instagram
  • Handle order related matters, including order confirmation, shipping status tracking and return/exchange processing
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues and track the progress of problems, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate product availability
  • Maintain communication with the warehouse to ensure timely replenishment and accurate management of inventory.
  • Monitor stock to ensure stock reaches trigger points and make replenishment orders
  • Collect customer feedback, analyse customer needs and expectations and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Participate in developing and optimising customer service processes to enhance service quality
  • Regularly analyse customer service data and trends, and propose improvement measures
  • Research and expand brand-related peripheral products, identify quality suppliers, and manage vendor communication

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Min 1 years of experience in ecommerce customer service or operations.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with logistics and fulfillment providers.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems.
  • Understanding of ecommerce analytics and reporting tools.
