  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

DUTIES Your duties as Telesales Officer are as follows: 3.1 To make 60 active calls to prospective customers to promote training products of ESQ Leadership Center Sdn Bhd to meet expected sales targets (KPI) daily and monthly 3.2 Expected minimum of 2 closing daily 3.3 To submit daily plan to whatsapp group before 8.30am 3.4 To submit weekly achievement call & closing to whatsapp public group every Saturday (before 12.00pm) 3.5 To educate prospective customers on benefits of ESQ training products. 3.6 Responsible to achieve sales targets, outbound calls, send email as per required timeline, and some administrative related. 3.7 Responsible for any duties assigned at ESQ Public Events for registration, attend to inquiries and demonstrate customer service to our participants and alumni, build rapport, do sales closing. 3.8 Responsible to advise the participants on training requirement prior to training date. 3.9 Responsible for other tasks as instructed by company from time to time.
