  • Assist in any ad-hoc tasks as and when is assigned by the immediate superior.
  • A Diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage, but SPM holders are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proven experience in supporting or managing operational processes and fulfilling targets.
  • Experience in leading a team to meet order fulfillment and delivery goals.
  • Experience in stock recording, inventory planning, and forecasting.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong ability to handle customer complaints and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to track and monitor key projects, ensuring timely achievement of milestones.
  • Strong Coordination and Collaboration Skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across various departments.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and promptly address customer inquiries or complaints.
  • Ability to promote and maintain effective communication within the team and across departments.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
