- A Diploma in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage, but SPM holders are also encouraged to apply.
- Proven experience in supporting or managing operational processes and fulfilling targets.
- Experience in leading a team to meet order fulfillment and delivery goals.
- Experience in stock recording, inventory planning, and forecasting.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong ability to handle customer complaints and maintain client relationships.
- Strong Organizational and Time Management Skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to track and monitor key projects, ensuring timely achievement of milestones.
- Strong Coordination and Collaboration Skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across various departments.
- Willingness to work on weekends and promptly address customer inquiries or complaints.
- Ability to promote and maintain effective communication within the team and across departments.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
