UniVRse Official is revolutionizing physical events with an online virtual experience platform. Our platform allows users to host virtual events at any time and anywhere, providing an engaging experience for thousands of attendees.
INTRODUCTION:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Public Relations cum Personal Assistant at UniVRse Official located in Petaling Jaya. The Public Relations cum Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing public relations activities, handling media relations, drafting press releases, coordinating events, managing social media platforms, and providing administrative support to senior executives.
JOB SCOPE:
- Assist in general administrative and business development activities.
- Personal assistant to the Company CEO
- Administrative tasks (Proper filing, letters, quotation, invoice, etc.)
- Customer service (Face-to-face, phone, online)
- Assist in sales and marketing activities.
- Actively browse websites for tenders, quotations, and others.
- Having a basic IT knowledge would be a bonus
QUALIFICATIONS:
Certainly, someone with an attractive personality, positive/open-minded, and always striving to improve service quality over time.
- Minimum Diploma/Degree qualification (in related or unrelated field)
- Proven experience in public relations, media relations, event coordination, and social media management
- Experience in customer service, excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events
- Eager to explore & learn new things to improve work productivity (i.e using Gen AI)
ADVANTAGES:
- Full-time position with a 3-month training period. (Interns are also encouraged to apply)
- Potential salary range is RM2000 – RM2500 per month.
- Working hours from 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.
