Define, design and implement core system hardware and operating system solutions and maintain systems.Provide support for IT operations including IT Systems software and hardware equipment in the company office users, including PC/Laptop, printer, and internet network.Responsible for company server, website, system and network maintenance.Responsible for hardware and software user training.Manage inventory related to hardware, software and other IT supplies and equipment’s.Oversee and monitor enterprise information security systems for protection against malware, security breaches and cyber security threats.Assist in other ad-hoc projects as and when required. Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network, or a related field. Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar IT Technician or support role.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.proficient in the use of common productivity tools, such as Microsoft Office suite.Good understanding of network protocols, hardware, and operating systems.ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.willingness to learn new technologies and keep up with industry trends.work independently.
