  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job scope:

  • Refinement of Procurement SOPs and Work Instructions

Assist in the continuous improvement and refinement of various Procurement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions to ensure efficiency and compliance.

  • Training and Awareness Sessions

Assist in planning, coordinating, and organizing awareness and training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.

  • Power BI Project for PE Analysis and Reporting

Contribute to the development and management of Power BI projects, focusing on Performance Evaluation (PE) analysis and reporting to drive data-driven insights and decision-making.

  • Business Process Improvement

Support initiatives aimed at improving business processes, optimizing operations, and driving continuous improvement across departments.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Information Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, And Communication skills.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • One (1) practical training placements available.
  • Able to commit minimum six (6) months of internship duration per placement.
  • Minimum CGPA of 3.00
  • Willing to be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for corporate based.
