  • Attendance checking and leave monitoring.
  • Purchase and change of flight ticket for staff (Business Travel Leave)
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages and courier services.
  • Maintain office and pantry supplies inventory and place orders when necessary (e.g. toiletries, stationeries, coffee, etc.).
  • Liaise with and be the point of contact for external vendor / service provider for any office and facilities related issues (Phone vendor, Air-con vendor, office cleaner, etc.)
  • Ensure all invoices have proper supporting documents and authorization before processing payment.
  • Manage the office and other administrative matters.
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Minimum Diploma from reputed universities.
  • At least 3 years of Administrative working experience in Malaysia.
  • Able to think creatively and work independently.
  • Result-oriented, diligent, and good communication skills.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
  • Available immediately / within short notice is highly preferred.
