- Attendance checking and leave monitoring.
- Purchase and change of flight ticket for staff (Business Travel Leave)
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages and courier services.
- Maintain office and pantry supplies inventory and place orders when necessary (e.g. toiletries, stationeries, coffee, etc.).
- Liaise with and be the point of contact for external vendor / service provider for any office and facilities related issues (Phone vendor, Air-con vendor, office cleaner, etc.)
- Ensure all invoices have proper supporting documents and authorization before processing payment.
- Manage the office and other administrative matters.
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Minimum Diploma from reputed universities.
- At least 3 years of Administrative working experience in Malaysia.
- Able to think creatively and work independently.
- Result-oriented, diligent, and good communication skills.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Available immediately / within short notice is highly preferred.
