- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both domestic and international clients. Ensuring customer satisfaction through regular follow-up and communication.
- Providing potential clients with in-depth product knowledge, helping them make informed decisions on purchases.
- Staying up-to-date with international market trends and identifying opportunities for expansion or new product offerings.
- Managing the import and export of goods, including coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.
- Ensuring all necessary customs documents are correctly filled out for imports and exports (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin).
- Working with transportation providers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods, and resolving any shipping issues.
- Achieve at least Diploma education.
- Background in international trade, business administration, or logistics.
- Previous experience in sales or customer relationship management, particularly in import/export-related sectors.
- Familiarity with customs regulations and global trade compliance.
- Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other CRM software.
- Able to work 5.5 days.
