Consultant - Enterprise Program Management Office

Job Description:

The Enterprise Program Management Office (ePMO) Executive is responsible for overseeing and leading the execution of complex, high-impact programs across the organization. This role involves coordination and collaborating with senior leadership and Business Units to define the strategic direction of programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, driving the successful delivery of key initiatives by providing regular management executives progress updates to stakeholders.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Involve in driving and overseeing the execution of strategic group-wide IT projects and programs, ensuring alignment with Organizational objectives and strategic goals..
• Collaborate as a team and work independently as a bridge between business units and the executive team, ensuring alignment of program goals with corporate priorities.
• Keep abreast with emerging digital and innovative technology that will bring value to the business.
• Provide executive leadership with regular program updates, performance metrics, and recommendations for adjustments based on ongoing program analysis.
• Involve in implementing IT governance framework, policies, guidelines, standards and best practices across the group.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in both advisory and implementation preferably either in areas of IT Strategy, Governance, Transformation and/or Operations
• Good understanding of project and program management framework
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to think out-of-the-box and sound business acumen
• Self motivated, customer focused and results oriented
• Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
