JOB SUMMARY
Your role as the Cafe Crew shall encompass the following core responsibilities where you will be reporting directly to the Cafe Manager and any assigned Manager-On-Duty. You are tasked to provide friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests. Each server’s primary objective is to show our guests such a marvellous time; they will want to return again and again.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains regular and consistently good attendance and punctuality. Welcomes and greets guests. Makes all our guests feel comfortable and let them know you’re there to personally take care of them. Informs guests of specials and menu changes. Makes recommendations you genuinely feel your guests will enjoy. Answers questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant functions and services. Takes food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders in our point-of-sale system which relays orders to the kitchen and bar. Delivers food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter. Delivers great customers service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customers. Discovers and responds to customer needs. Performs side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment. Maintains clean service areas. Monitors and observes guests dining experience. Ensures guests are satisfied with the food, service and environment. Respond promptly and courteously to any requests. Prepares final bill, presents check to guest, accepts payment, processes credit card charges or prepares change (if applicable). Be ready and willing to assist fellow servers as situations arise. Bussing, cleaning and resetting tables. Thank guests for their visit and invite them to return. Assists with new server training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed. Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant as directed by the restaurant manager or immediate supervisor.
JOB SUMMARY
Your role as the Cook shall encompass the following core responsibilities where you will be reporting directly to the specific Kitchen Manager in the which you are assigned to. Your responsibility is to prepare/cook/bake/pack various foods according to department assigned by following specified SEP and ensure that the quality & quantity of products prepared meets the specified standard.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains the cleanliness, sanitation, health, safety & food safety standards in the central kitchen at all times including the designated work areas, preparation areas, cooking surfaces, equipment & utensils. Receives supplies ordered from the storekeeper and ensures they are of the right quality and quantity before restocking the workstations. Wash, Cut & prepare foods designated for cooking according to Consolidated Order Sheet by using the method & guidelines in the specified SEP. Cook/bake/prepare the exact portion of designated food products according to Consolidated Order Sheet using the recipe, method & guidelines in the specified SEP. Operate large cooking equipment in a safe manner. Pack prepared foods in designated packaging materials according to prescribed standard. Perform other ad-hoc assignments as required by the Kitchen Manager.
