Job Description

  • Handle large datasets, working with multiple data formats, including TLog data
  • Manage transactional data efficiently
  • Execute tasks on the Ingestion platform and take ownership of the EDive process
  • Utilize SQL and Python for data processing tasks
  • Ingest and validate sample data through the eDive system, collaborating with the eData Governance Analyst to ensure data assessment alignment
  • Perform initial checks on incoming data (e.g., file size, store count, and missing stores) for TLog data to ensure accuracy
  • Process data using the Ingestion engine and create Sirpairs during Business As Usual (BAU) operations
  • Collaborate with the SO and PM teams to assess sample rotation occurring in TTR stores
  • Set up new vendors in the Ingestion platform as needed
  • Support Data Quality Initiatives (DQI) that link to EDive and the Ingestion platform

Qualifications

  • Degree or certificate in Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. An MBA or a Diploma in Operations or Production Management is a plus
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in the field
  • Quick learner with strong technical aptitude and the ability to comprehend complex systems
  • Ability to manage senior stakeholders in a multi-country environment and collaborate effectively with global teams
  • Experience handling large datasets, including exposure to various formats and TLog data
  • Familiarity with transactional data handling
  • Experience executing tasks on GRFE, Ingestion, or SIRVAL platforms
  • Knowledge of SQL and Python, with a basic understanding of data handling and processing
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and experience working with them is an added advantage
