Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Metrology Engineer located in Perai and Kulim. The Chief Metrology Engineer will be responsible for new metrology methods and solutions development and qualifications to support optic components development and manufacturing, optimize measurement algorithm and automated data collection and data processing, in charge of process and product performance characterization and correlation analysis, in charge of MSA and metrology jig qualifications, responsable for metrology equipment buy-off with all needed documentations, define and achieve sub-milestones for your projects within the larger program timelines, summarize complex problems, develop actions to address them, build consensus across team to drive solutions, strong collaboration with cross-functional development and manufacturing teams, and external parties, calibration, applying analytical skills, managing metrology processes, understanding physics principles, and utilizing optics knowledge in daily tasks.
