Requirement:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in any field and or at least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Preferably having management experience in food and beverage line.
  • A team player with leadership skills, independent and pleasant personality.
  • Maturity to deal with all staff and customers in professional way.
  • Good attitude with detail-oriented and serious person
  • Good command of verbal and written English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess own transport for work.
  • Able to work in long hours.
  • Able to travel within states.
  • Operation:

  • To ensure that restaurant operate efficiently and profitably while maintaining their reputation and ethos.
  • Work as communicator between outlet pic or management and subordinates.
  • Supervise and support the operation for all outlet assigned.
  • Train, motivate, supervise, communicate and evaluate food & beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies
  • Assist to prepare training materials for outlet staff training.
  • Conduct onsite training (operation guideline & customer service) based on schedule arranged
  • Prepare all documents for PBT application & Ensure all PBT license renew before expiry date.
  • Involve in new outlet opening.
  • To ensure the achievement of monthly profit and sales
  • Assist HOD in audit and review outlet performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation / guidelines.
  • Liaising with customers, employees, purchasing, and licensing authorities
  • Weekly reporting on outlet performance includes stocks & staff.
  • Assist food safety audit and halal department.
  • Audit outlet and handling complaint
  • Regularly check outlet CCTV
  • Cover Klang Valley & Outstation outlets
  • Travel to outstation as arranged by immediate superior or the Management
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned by immediate superior or the Management

    Daily Task:

  • Ensure all outlet has enough manpower to run the business.
  • Arrange manpower accordingly by follow labor cost guideline.
  • Check morning & closing report for each outlet, follow-up with outlet pic and ensure closing report sent completely.
  • Check Supervisor’s daily report, and record all the issue reported.
  • Submit vegetable order (mon, wed & fri).
  • Outlet visit report includes:

    - Outlet condition

    - Staff performance

    - Product quality

    - Stock issue

    - Other highlighted issue
