- Manage O&M requisitions for the purchase of stocks and services.
- Draft all proposals for maintenance purchase.
- Sourcing vendors and getting quotations for comparison until it is evaluated and finalized.
- Coordinate with the requestor on expediting and monitor on-time delivery of the goods or services.
- Keeping track of and monitoring the delivery of goods and services provides an update to the requester.
- To ensure all the documents, reports, photos, and information are correctly summarized and for payment.
- Liaising with internal and external parties and working closely with Finance on payment preparation.
- Assist with RFQ and tender document preparation.
- Maintain records for the PR and invoice that refer to the future.
- Arrange the appointment for MR & vendor site visit.
- Clearly, answer maintenance hotline calls from students and staff
- On call support for any emergency event.
- Other duties assigned from time to time, ad hoc projects instructed by the senior officer and HOD
