  • Manage O&M requisitions for the purchase of stocks and services.
  • Draft all proposals for maintenance purchase.
  • Sourcing vendors and getting quotations for comparison until it is evaluated and finalized.
  • Coordinate with the requestor on expediting and monitor on-time delivery of the goods or services.
  • Keeping track of and monitoring the delivery of goods and services provides an update to the requester.
  • To ensure all the documents, reports, photos, and information are correctly summarized and for payment.
  • Liaising with internal and external parties and working closely with Finance on payment preparation.
  • Assist with RFQ and tender document preparation.
  • Maintain records for the PR and invoice that refer to the future.
  • Arrange the appointment for MR & vendor site visit.
  • Clearly, answer maintenance hotline calls from students and staff
  • On call support for any emergency event.
  • Other duties assigned from time to time, ad hoc projects instructed by the senior officer and HOD
