Position Summary:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 8 years in a managerial role.
  • Knowledge of supply chain and/or procurement functions and procedures
  • Self-directed, action-oriented, forward-thinking and creative individual with high standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Speak, write, and read fluent English

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop the material planning accordingly, communicate and coordinate with other departments to achieve it.
  • Responsible & accountable for inventory control and meeting pre agreed inventory targets.
  • Ensure material is always readily available to support production.
  • Manage the planning and material accordingly to achieve OTD and Past Due target
  • Compliance with Company’s policies & legal requirements, all contracts, laws and government requirements of all business activities.
  • Responsible to prepare reports timely and accurately as required.
  • Prepare monthly / yearly capacity planning analysis & DL forecasting.
  • Report daily / weekly build plan & shipment adherence figures, understanding root cause of any variances, ensuring build & delivery targets are maintained.
  • Report actual build & shipments vs planned on a daily / weekly basis.
  • Production planning & control, work order management, shop scheduling & material kit to exact requirement.
  • Review and reports on aggregate levels of product inventory, inventory exposure, backlog, availability and on time delivery
  • Develop recovery plan and OTD management
  • Internal management review (weekly) and review the commit plan to provide operation plan and shipment plan for customer delivery
  • Monthly materials KPI review
  • Work on continuous improvement of the department
