Position Summary:

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 8 years in a managerial role.
- Knowledge of supply chain and/or procurement functions and procedures
- Self-directed, action-oriented, forward-thinking and creative individual with high standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Speak, write, and read fluent English
Key responsibilities:
- Develop the material planning accordingly, communicate and coordinate with other departments to achieve it.
- Responsible & accountable for inventory control and meeting pre agreed inventory targets.
- Ensure material is always readily available to support production.
- Manage the planning and material accordingly to achieve OTD and Past Due target
- Compliance with Company’s policies & legal requirements, all contracts, laws and government requirements of all business activities.
- Responsible to prepare reports timely and accurately as required.
- Prepare monthly / yearly capacity planning analysis & DL forecasting.
- Report daily / weekly build plan & shipment adherence figures, understanding root cause of any variances, ensuring build & delivery targets are maintained.
- Report actual build & shipments vs planned on a daily / weekly basis.
- Production planning & control, work order management, shop scheduling & material kit to exact requirement.
- Review and reports on aggregate levels of product inventory, inventory exposure, backlog, availability and on time delivery
- Develop recovery plan and OTD management
- Internal management review (weekly) and review the commit plan to provide operation plan and shipment plan for customer delivery
- Monthly materials KPI review
- Work on continuous improvement of the department
