The Project Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the sales process from initial lead generation through to closing sales on various project. role will involve working closely with clients, understand their needs and offering tailored solutions that align with our products / services offering. ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales (preferrable in construction industry) a deep understanding of project-based work and the ability strong relationship with clients.
- Preferably candidates with Min SPM or Diploma in any field.
- Min 1-2 years of sales experience in construction industry will be an added advantage.
- Computer Skill (MS Office, Excel, Power Point)
- Language required: Mandarin
- Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is and added advantage.
- Fast learner and well organized.
- Sense of responsibility to complete task given.
- Ability work under pressure.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation skills and problem- solving skills.
- Willing to travel as required.
- Possess own transport.
