As an E-commerce and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Shooting: Shooting Product and uploading to the online platform
  • Creating Product Listings: Crafting and managing product listings on various e-commerce platforms to ensure accuracy, completeness, and attractiveness.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement, ensuring we meet our sales targets.
  • Campaign and Promotion Management: Overseeing the company’s presence on e-commerce platforms, including planning and executing campaigns and promotions, and optimizing performance.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitoring competitors’ e-commerce activities, pricing strategies, and promotional efforts to identify opportunities and threats. Implementing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Strategy Development: Contributing to developing e-commerce strategies and initiatives to drive business growth by evaluating market trends and consumer behaviour.
  • Content Creation and Optimization: Creating and optimizing content for product descriptions and other digital marketing materials, ensuring content aligns with SEO best practices and brand guidelines.
  • SOP Management: Following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and updating them as necessary to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build good relations with customers, and reply to customer messages to ensure we are giving good service and maintain our customers.
  • Marketing: To arrange Online / Offline Marketing activities , join campaigns and events to boost our company and products.
  • Ad-hoc Tasks: Performing other duties as assigned to support the e-commerce and marketing team.
  • E-commerce Platform Experience: Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Tik Tok and Big Seller.
  • SEO and Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of SEO and other digital marketing best practices.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analysis with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Language Proficiency: Excellent command of the English and Chinese language.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Independence and Deadline Adherence: Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Photo and Video Editing Knowledge: Basic knowledge of using photo or video editing tools such as Canva or Photoshop.
  • SOP Management: Experience in following and updating SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations.
