Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality calls on written-off accounts to negotiate full settlements or offer settlement schemes.
  • Contact customers with written-off accounts to gather information about untraceable vehicles and persuade them to surrender vehicles voluntarily.
  • Coordinate with repossession agents to take proactive action in the repossession and disposal of untraceable vehicles.
  • Monitor repayments from customers enrolled in existing settlement schemes and follow up to ensure timely payments.
  • Manage inbound inquiries related to written-off accounts.
  • Provide recommendations for feasible legal actions and participate in their execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures throughout the recovery process.
