  • Coordinates sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
  • Work with other team to align strategies for maximum impact.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Use insights to adapt campaigns and stay competitive.
  • Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field ;an MBA is preferred.
  • Proven experience as Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, or a similar role.
  • Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiations skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
