Collaboration and Coordination:
- Coordinates sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
- Work with other team to align strategies for maximum impact.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Use insights to adapt campaigns and stay competitive.
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field ;an MBA is preferred.
- Proven experience as Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, or a similar role.
- Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiations skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
