JOB SUMMARY

The role is responsible for planning and executing projects efficiently, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards. The incumbent will focus on delivering high client satisfaction while using project performance as a benchmark to showcase the company’s capabilities and strengths.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Provide technical expertise to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards across multiple disciplines.
  2. Develop detailed designs for civil engineering, master planning, transportation, and other project-related areas.
  3. Prepare and manage design programs, including deliverables such as tender/contract documents and construction drawings, in alignment with project scope and timelines.
  4. Evaluate design proposals from consultants, contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  5. Oversee the timely submission of project-related documents to relevant authorities and coordinate follow-ups for approvals.
  6. Perform additional duties as required to support project objectives and organizational goals.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in both design office and fieldwork.
  3. Professional registration with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) is required.
  4. Technical Expertise & Project Management – Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, design standards, and contract administration, with the ability to analyze, design, and manage multiple projects efficiently.
  5. Collaboration & Communication – Skilled in coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities, with effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently.
  6. Based at Integra Tower, Jalan Tun Razak however frequent travel to multiple site across Malaysia is required.
