Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Advertising Campaigns
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.).
- Optimize paid advertising (PPC) to improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven improvements.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company's social media accounts with engaging and impactful content.
- Develop content strategies aligned with current trends and target audiences.
- Engage with customers through comments, messages, and live sessions.
SEO & Content Marketing
- Develop SEO strategies to increase organic traffic to the website and social media.
- Write and edit high-quality content for blogs, email marketing, and the company website.
- Conduct keyword research to improve search engine visibility.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing
- Plan and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and increase conversion rates.
- Build customer lists and manage marketing automation using CRM tools.
- Utilize WhatsApp marketing for engagement and sales follow-ups.
Analytics & Reporting
- Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytical tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports on digital marketing performance and suggest improvement strategies.
- Monitor and adjust marketing budgets to maximize return on investment.
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in digital marketing or a related field.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and social media marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, email marketing & copywriting is a plus.
- Strong analytical & data-driven decision-making skills for campaign optimization.
- Creative, innovative, and always up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.
- Excellent communication and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia & English.
- Ability to work independently & in a team, and manage time effectively.
