JOB DESCRIPTION: - Technical patrols and inspections of Equipment in the plant - Arrange and perform the scheduled maintainance work and troubleshoot the unexpected breakdown. Inform the related departments as well as personel. - Conduct the procurement to request for outsourcing the scheduled maintainance work and troubleshoot unexpected breakdown if necessary. - Supervise the power shutoff and power receiving operations for maintenance work. - Respond to emergency in case of disaster (fire, storm, flood, landslide, etc.) - Promote environmental protection (e.g. prevention of dust and ash dispersion, wastewater discharge regulations). - Conduct safety patrols - Create annual maintenance plans for electrical & instrumentation parts. - Create and determine maintenance standards (update cycle, content of updates) for electrical parts. - Execute the maintenance performance plan for electrical & instrumentation parts. - Monitor and control the progress of scheduled maintenance periods - Coordinate and discuss about the maintenance plans with waste receiving group and operation group - Develop and update any maintenance work procedures and manuals. - Monitor and control the spare parts - Other related tasks as instructed by the Management JOB REQUIREMENT: - Candidate possess Certificate in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering or related field - Have experience in electrical & instrumentation maintenance for more than 2 years - Have experience in outsourcing repair work and purchasing spare parts related to electrical & instrumentation for more than 2 years - Must be willing to work in Bukit Tagar, Rawang - Possess own transportation - Good fitness and able to work under rough conditions - Able to work in a team, and is a team player - Computer literate (Microsoft Office) - Able to work Mon - Fri, and half day on Sat
