Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Technical Support specialist located in Selangor, Malaysia. The IT Technical Support specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, managing hardware and software installations, and ensuring regular maintenance of IT systems. The role also involves documenting solutions, managing IT projects, and delivering customer support through various communication channels.

Qualifications
