Develop, lead and execute channel, category, brand and customer strategies by working closely with Marketing and Sales departments.

Responsibilities

1. Lead and develop the Trade Marketing team.

2. Lead the development of channel strategies which prioritize resource and seeks to achieve incremental sales growth opportunities in both new and existing channels.

3. Collaborate with sales team to optimize distribution and coverage in each channel extensively and profitably.

4. Lead the budget planning process in development of channel and category plans.

5. Develop and forecast Trade spent/ A&P budget; Develop and orchestrate strong and effective trade support plans and activities to meet/ exceed sales KPI objectives.

6. Anticipate, benchmark and proactively respond to competitive moves and tactics in key category, channel and customer.

7. Lead new product introductions and work with sales and marketing to route to market plans for each initiative, identifying new product KPIs and specific plans to protect and expand base business by channel.

8. Manage, approve and review trade promotion fund to meet sales target.

9. Support sales in development of key accounts plans, ensuring alignment with the Category Plan, effective implementation and capturing and communicating results.

10. Monitor & review trade spent effectiveness, ensure investments within ROI framework /target and budget.

11. Conduct pre &post evaluation of key channel promotions, developing a library of performance history, and adjusting business plans based on results to drive improved ROIs for all types of trade / consumer spent.

12. To perform any other tasks and assignments as directed by the management from time to time.

Qualifications

-Candidate must possess at least Degree level or equivalent preferably in Sales, Business or Marketing fields.

-Min. 5 years of sales planning, trade marketing, key account management and marketing experience in FMCG.

- Able to work in a fast pace and demanding environment.
