JOB PURPOSE & SUMMARY

Able to perform various inspection activities carried out at various locations as per the project requirement and prepare various report. Coordinate and perform pre-dispatch (production supervision, factory acceptance tests, pre-shipment inspections) and post-dispatch inspections for renewable energy equipment (solar modules, energy storage systems, wind turbines, inverters).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Understand the inspection plan and checklist content after being trained to the projects requirements.
  • Verify the conditions on site (5M methodology) prior to performing the inspection.
  • Coordinate the inspection team on site as per the activity schedule prepared by the Project Manager.
  • Witness manufacturing and testing progress by analyzing measurement according to a checklist.
  • Monitor the testing lead time to ensure the completion within the agreed schedule.
  • Inform the contact people on the inspection site about findings and analyze their improvement plan.
  • Report to the Project Manager the findings observed on site during the inspection.

QUALICATIONS

  • Bachelor in a technical field, or above
  • At least 3 years experience in PV module industry
  • Ability to correctly interpret inspection specifications and test procedures
  • 80+% of time on the inspection site is requested, travel is requested
