The company is looking for Commercial Account Manager that focuses in solution sales below:

  • Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP)
  • Sourcing & Procurement Solutions
  • Business Analytics
  • Business Process Solutions (Workflow/DMS)
  • In-house software development

Responsibilities

  • Consistently overachieved revenue targets and sustainably grow the account.
  • Identify customer-specific transformational opportunities and create opportunities for Clients offering focused solutions.
  • Manages client's IT and business satisfaction in the delivery of IT services and ensures profit objectives are met.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage sales cycle from start to finish, particularly in growing the existing business in the account.
  • Engage with principal, partners, and vendors, in the sales activities on IT products and services of the Company to ensure sales targets are achieved and to maintain good customer rapport.
  • To present, negotiate, and prepare contracts and quotations.
  • To carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Min 3 years experience in IT Software Sales, especially ERP and Business Intelligence.
  • Solid experience in servicing diverse industries
  • Sales or sales-related background with history and track record of achievement of gross profit objectives.
  • Strong initiative & people networking skills.
  • Sales excellence: Using business acumen, adding business value to customers, managing the competition, presenting, negotiating, and closing well.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Mandarin language is an added advantange
