  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client consultation and candidate sourcing to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and contract management.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our client base and establishing Robert Walters as a leader in tech recruitment.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. Manage administrative tasks related to contract placements, including documentation and onboarding processes.
