  • Ensure adherence to responsible selling and structure proposed solution that meets client’s financial needs.
  • To ensure the accurate and timely completion of –
  • Applications forms is duly completed prior to submission.
  • To ensure all relevant income documents is obtained from customer to adequately support the application.
  • Submission of sales / pipeline management reports.
  • To ensure no misrepresentation of product features, pricing, promotions and processes.
  • Keeping abreast with updated product information, market changes and provide market intelligence and customer feedback to the management for appropriate action.

Compliance & Standards

  • Ensure sales solicitation and activities are compliance with Sales Compliance Framework & Group’s standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Fully comply to SOP - Sales Process of Consumer Lending Products and conduct day to day. responsibilities with full knowledge and perform the task within the guidelines of:
  • AML guidelines
  • Sales Compliance Guidelines
  • Data Record, Maintenance and Inventory Guidelines
  • BNM guidelines
  • KYC
  • Credit Control Procedures
  • BAFIA
  • PDPA and etc.
  • To project a professional business image at all times through high standards of housekeeping and personal grooming.
