Job Responsibilities:

  • Constantly monitoring trends in Advertising & Promotion, Public Relation, and Marketing Communication & Customer care development.
  • Ensure effective control of marketing result and take corrective action to grantee that achievement of marketing objectives fall within designated budgets.
  • Assist in all marketing campaigns, website activities & Events.
  • Assist the production of all marketing materials, including printed documents, media advertising, website content, and social media accounts.
  • Support sales and wholesalers/ distributors on products marketing programs, encompassing marketing programs targeted at our customers and consumers
  • Propose to management any new brands / market / distribution opportunities.
  • Monitors competitor activity and brainstorms potential improvements or changes in marketing strategy, products, or services
  • Creativity ideas in strategies & brands development, activate & implement accordingly and within budget and timeline
  • Plan and oversee the budget of a marketing campaign and ensuring expenses of campaign is feasible and effective, and work closely with principals.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Higher/ Degree in any field or equivalent.
  • Retail operations, Wines & spirits knowledge is a must.
  • Ideally minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position would be advantage.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English, Chinese and Bahasa;
  • Strong analytical skills with commercial awareness;
  • Ability to adapt to different client needs and to develop and maintain successful working relationships.
  • An excellent standard of numeracy in order to analyse facts and figures; flair for negotiation and networking;
  • Ability to make important decisions and cope with the pressure of demanding targets and tight deadlines; a confident and mature approach.
