Why does this job exist and why is it critical?

The role is responsible for the product development and management of VSAT and satellite based services. This includes managing the entire product life cycle, developing new products and features, managing the customer journey and driving sales.

What are you accountable for?

To spearhead product conception and design and to execute the development and launch of new satellite-based products and services based on market requirements and new technologies.
To manage the entire product life cycle for VSAT services and the customer journey to ensure Maxis’ portfolio of VSAT and satellite-based services remain relevant and profitable.
To provide product support and enablement to Sales and Partners to ensure meeting of revenue targets and NPS objectives.
To define new product strategies and roadmaps to maintain competitiveness in the market based on sound knowledge of competitors’ technology and offerings
To keep track of user feedback, customer satisfaction, dashboards and metrics to measure performance against targets and customer experience and execute improvements where necessary.
To work cross-functionally with teams from Sales, Marketing, Engineering and IT for the successful execution of go-to-market propositions.
