About the Role: We are seeking a talented and motivated Capital Markets Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in executing capital markets transactions, conducting market research, and supporting senior team members in various deal-related activities. You’ll focus on the development of our Capital Markets business specific to Development Land, Alternative Assets, Commercial Mid-Markets and Agriculture Deals focusing on Acquisitions, Joint Ventures, and other Real Estate exercises.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the execution of capital markets transactions such as buying and selling of commercial properties and land, raising debt and conducting mergers and acquisitions.
Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to support deal origination and execution
Prepare financial models, valuations, and sensitivity analyses
Develop pitch books, offering memoranda, and other client-facing materials
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
Maintain and expand relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders
Stay current with market trends, regulations, and best practices in capital markets
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, or a related field
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling
Excellent understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
